Derek is a full member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters and is one of the founders of the Mon eta Partnership Ltd. Derek has been involved in inheritance planning since 2003. Before becoming an inheritance specialist, Derek was an actuary in the City of London advising corporations on their pension schemes.

Apart from advising individuals, Derek gives talks on Wills and Inheritance Planning to groups (of any size) of interested parties / organisations and has links to local NHS Trusts.
